It’s not a noisy reset or challenge, it’s not a “do more” season.
It’s about learning how to truly live well without being overwhelmed.
We work through The 5 Factors of Health:
Eat. Sleep. Train. Think. Connect.
As simple, functional practices that can be integrated into daily life.
Each week includes:
45 minutes of guided strength and conditioning
30 minutes of education, discussion, and take-home practices
This is about learning how to make small, sustainable decisions that compound.
