We work through The 5 Factors of Health:
Eat. Sleep. Train. Think. Connect.

As simple, functional practices that can be integrated into daily life.

Each week includes:

  • 45 minutes of guided strength and conditioning

  • 30 minutes of education, discussion, and take-home practices

This is about learning how to make small, sustainable decisions that compound.
