Nominating someone is completely free, and no purchase is necessary!

Any current Elysium member can submit a nomination. You can nominate more than one person (just use a separate form for each), and it's okay if multiple members nominate the same person.

Nominees must be at least 18 years old, live within driving distance of Jefferson City, TN, and not currently be an Elysium member.

Nominations close Sunday, November 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

Our coaches will read through the nominations and choose one recipient. This isn't a random drawing!

The person selected will be contacted privately by November 25, and we'll announce the recipient on Thanksgiving morning, November 26.

What They'll Receive

A full year of Elysium membership, including access to all coached classes, from November 26, 2026, through November 25, 2027. They'll also receive two one-on-one onboarding sessions and an InBody scan to help them get started.

The membership can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the selected person declines or can't be reached, we'll choose another nominee.

We'll always ask permission before sharing someone's nomination story or announcing the recipient's name publicly.
