3. Start with onboarding. Your $100 personalized health and fitness assessment, so you start with a plan instead of a guess.

That the plan survives the holiday parties, the travel and the short, dark days.

Your onboarding: a personalized health and fitness assessment with a 90 minute session and an InBody scan. It is paid before you start, along with the amount you named.
What happens on Jan 1st?
Your membership continues at the rate of the membership tier you choose.
I'm out of shape. Is this for me?
Yes. Every class is coached scaled to you.
Who can join?
Anyone new to Elysium. Current members aren't eligible, but they can send it to their people.
